Apparel & Gifts Return Policy

We do not accept returns for apparel or print items. If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, you may be issued a refund in store credit for the full cost including shipping.

Design Service Refund Policy

Design Service refunds are based on the agreed upon quote and contract terms. Generally, no more than 50% of your project will be refunded after work has begun. If you have received any final files or any part of a published, live website, you will be ineligible for a refund unless the original stated project cannot be completed.

Custom Order Return & Refund Policy

Every Rooted Eagle custom art piece is made uniquely for you, inspired by your specifications and our design process. For this reason, all sales of custom items are final once work has begun.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to start your project. The remaining balance is due before shipping.

One round of revisions is included to ensure you’re fully satisfied. Additional changes may be billed separately.

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for custom orders unless the item arrives damaged or we are unable to complete the commission. In the rare case of shipping damage, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the packaging and item so we can arrange a repair or replacement.

When will I get my order?

All Wood Burnings are shipped by me, and I will do my best to package and ship your order within 3 days of purchase. If I am unable to, you will be notified.

All Apparel, Gift, & Print orders ship from one of my print partners across the USA! Different items may ship from different locations and receive separate tracking numbers, but production typically is completed within 3 days.

Ship time depends on your location and carrier!

Each apparel and gift items is printed in the USA using trusted and reputable brands and providers.

All Wood Burnings are handmade by me in Georgia!

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order, varying by weight and shipping location. Some items ship from different places and may incur higher shipping costs. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
