Work directly with me to design your charm necklace or bracelet! After the design is set, your piece will be handmade to order and shipped directly to you.

Custom Design Process

  • 1. Reach out

    Submit the form below or message me directly on Facebook or Instagram @Rooted.Eagle for your quote request!

  • 2. Give Your Ideas

    Let me know the following information: Gold or Silver, Necklace or Bracelet, Number of Charms, and Charm Ideas.

  • 3. Approve Quote & Payment

    The first quote does not include any possible upcharges based on materials needed for special requests and will not necessarily be your final total.

  • 4. Design Process

    You will receive mockup design layouts, making requested changes along the way until your final design is ready!

  • 5. Fees & Production

    Any specialty requests will be charged before materials are made or shipped! Production of your piece may take up to 2 weeks depending on materials.

  • 6. Enjoy!

    When production is complete, you will receive a tracking number. Shipping time depends on your location but is typically no more than 3 business days!

Disclaimer

Custom materials will not be ordered, and no product will be made until payment is submitted and received. The entire process from submission to receiving your custom piece should take no more than 3 weeks depending on how long the design conversation takes.

Please note that Rooted Eagle maintains the ability to turn down any request and may end the process prior to payment submission at any time. Quotes must be approved before any design work will begin. Certain charms may require an upcharge and will be communicated for approval prior to fulfillment.
