When will my order ship?

Please allow up to one week for production of your chosen piece! Each design is handmade to order, not kept on-hand. Shipping time will depend on where you are located.
Return/Refund Policy

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for wood burnings unless the item arrives damaged or we are unable to complete the commission. In the rare case of shipping damage, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the packaging and item so we can arrange a repair or replacement.
