To ensure the maximum life of your newly printed mug, hand wash in warm water with a non-abrasive dish soap.

All print orders ship from one of our print partners in the USA! Some items ship from different locations; however, production typically takes 2-3 days. Once your item ships, you will receive a tracking number with your estimated ship time. If you order multiple types of items (e.g. Shirts, Mugs, Bags, Hats, Postcards), you will likely receive multiple tracking numbers.

We cannot accept returns for any print items. If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, we may issue a refund as Store Credit, including the value of shipping.
